Welcome to hell. Lose weight or lose sats.
YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.
It might be visceral fat, the dopamine-driven mental blubber from abused adrenals, or it might be the emotional weight of the damned world on your shoulders. Either way, you are going to commit to lightening the load.
This is why you checked in to V4V Fat Camp.
You are committing to a new lifestyle of health and accountability. You will:
WORK OUT EVERY DAY - The program is located on the [WORKOUTS] tab. Days off of the routine (ideally no more than 2 per week) will have some kind of activity (called active rest).
CHANGE HOW YOU EAT - Not just what you eat, how you eat. Workouts shape the carbon. Food determines the quality of your carbon and how well your carbon sticks together with increased age and stress.
LEARN "THE SCIENCE - You can remember movie quotes and sports stats from 25 years ago. Give that sh*t up and learn something worth knowing so you can share it with others.
SUPPORT YOUR FELLOW FATTIES - This journey is tough. One of the hardest parts is not eating the crap your friends eat. Vibe with your tribe to survive, and recruit for your tribe to thrive.
YOU WILL FOLLOW THE PROGRAM.
DAILY POSTS - Every day there will be a social post to interact with on Mastodon [HERE]. You WILL report in to share your progress. Work out pics. Food pics. Pumping up your faction. YOU WILL NOT SNEAK SNICKERS BARS IN YOUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL OF A MOUTH DURING BREAKS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO POST YOUR SHAME.
WEEKLY GOAL CHECK - Every week on Sunday you will report in on your goal progress. If losing weight, post weight (progress pic optional). If gaining strength, show gainzzz. HOLDING YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE DURING CHECK INS IS THE ONLY WAY TO REVERSE YOUR SOFTNESS.
PENALTIES/BOOSTS - If you screw up, that is fine. It will cost you. NOT HAVING ANY PENALTY WILL GUARANTEE YOU DON'T CHANGE. Positive boosts of encouragement are recommended. It will keep things fun, tons'o'fun.
PENALTIES/BOOSTS ARE PAID TO YOUR TEAM LEADER.
PENALTIES are boosted to your team leader, lamenting your transgression and loudly recommitting yourself to V4V Fat Camp. Failure to do so will result in unending shame for you and your family for the remainder of your metabolic disease ridden life.
BOOSTS are boosts to keep energy high and while working to keep your A1c low.
SOME PENALTIES/BOOSTS ARE DIRECT SUPPORT FOR V4V Fat Camp
